Mentorship Programs
Our teen mentorship programs are guided by trusted leaders who specialize in supporting youth through critical developmental years. One of our connections is with Intelligent Youth Creating Excellence Incorporated (IYCE) . These programs focus on building confidence, safety, emotional awareness, etiquette, and healthy decision-making while providing teens with positive role models and safe spaces to grow.

Our employment partners help parents and young adults build skills, gain confidence, and find meaningful work. We provide job search support, resume and interview guidance, career coaching, and workshops to develop professional and life skills. Participants also receive help balancing work and family and guidance on education and training opportunities.
